Solutions Cay LLC ("we") runs games.solutionscay.com. This notice explains what information the site handles and why.
What we collect
- Demo requests. When you send the demo form, we receive your name, work email, company and message.
- Demo logins. Demo builds are behind Cloudflare Access. When you log in, Cloudflare sends a one-time code to your email address and sets a login cookie for the demo pages.
- Game settings. The games save your scores and sound setting in your browser's local storage. That data stays on your device. We do not receive it.
- Server logs. Cloudflare hosts the site and processes IP addresses and request data to deliver and protect it.
The site has no advertising, no analytics trackers and no marketing cookies.
How we use it
We use demo request details only to reply, to give you demo access and to discuss a license. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not add you to a mailing list.
Service providers
- Cloudflare hosts the site and runs the demo login.
- Formspree receives the demo form and forwards it to us by email.
How long we keep it
We keep demo requests and related email for as long as we are in contact with you about a license, and no longer than 24 months after our last contact. We remove your email from the demo access list when your evaluation ends.
Your choices
You can ask us to show, correct or delete the information we hold about you. You can clear the game data from your browser at any time.
