These terms apply to games.solutionscay.com, run by Solutions Cay LLC ("we"). By using the site, you agree to them.
The site
You may browse the public pages for information about our games and licenses. Do not copy, scrape or republish the site's content, images or video without our written permission.
Demo builds
Demo builds are for licensing evaluation only. If we give you demo access:
- Only the person who received access may use it. Do not share your login or the demo link.
- Do not download, copy, record for publication, embed, rehost, decompile or change a demo build.
- Treat unreleased games, builds and business terms as confidential.
- We may end your access at any time.
No license
Access to this site or to a demo build does not give you a license to publish, distribute or use a game commercially. A license exists only in a separate written agreement signed by Solutions Cay LLC.
Ownership
The games, code, art, audio, music, names and logos belong to Solutions Cay LLC or its licensors. See the copyright notice.
No warranty
The site and demo builds are provided "as is". Demo builds are in development and can contain errors. We make no warranties, express or implied.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Solutions Cay LLC is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss that comes from use of the site or a demo build.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law rules.
